4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Any delay from the client side may affect project timelines.

5. Website Development Terms

  • Website delivery timelines depend on project scope and client response time.
  • XMServices is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways.
  • Final website files or access credentials may be provided only after full payment completion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, graphics, and marketing materials created by XMServices remain company property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of finalized project materials may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy
